Due to the nature of our custom made products we are unable to offer returns or refunds on products that have been made to your specifications. Once engraved these products cannot be re-sold if returned. We do send digital proofs to you before engraving for some of our products before engraving and we won’t engrave your product until we have your approval on the digital proof. If you have any questions on our return policy please contact us and we’d be happy to discuss it with you.
Shipping issues
We take pride in ensuring that our products are well packaged to be able to make it to you with no issues. However, we can not speak for whichever shipping service you chose to ship through. Because of this, you may consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
